Scouting Report

The No. 15 pick in the 2013 NHL Draft was best known for his booming shot when he entered the league, but he has grown into a shutdown defender who can play in all situations. His big shot helps him earn power-play ice time, though he is not a great playmaker. He is also effective on the penalty kill. When he is on the ice at even strength, the puck is usually moving the other way.
