The Browns placed Bell (hip) on injured reserve Tuesday.

Head coach Kevin Stefanski told reporters Monday that Bell's hip surgery is season-ending, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Scouting Report
A smart and hard-working wideout, he can be productive either outside or in the slot. His smooth route-running skills and footwork help him find holes in the defense and pile up catches, though he lacks both game-breaking speed and change-of-direction skills. He is more than willing to work the middle of the field and is excellent at shaking off tacklers.
Long Range Potential: Solid possession wide receiver.
