Ridgeway was traded from the Commanders to the Saints along with a 2025 seventh-round draft pick in exchange for a 2025 sixth-round draft pick Wednesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Scouting Report
A college football nose tackle, he might fit better as a defensive end in the NFL because his long arms and strength can help him set an edge. He is physical but needs to improve as a pass rusher, where he is often knocked off-course too easily and ends up on the ground too often, to earn more snaps.
