The Twins signed France to a one-year contract Tuesday, Phil Miller of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
Scouting Report
Can hit for average and be a solid run producer with decent home-run power at the minor-league level. His strike-zone judgment is also pretty good. Owns a strong lower base but lacks ideal size for Major League Baseball. Also lacks consistency with the glove.
Long Range Potential: Solid infielder.
