Regenda was traded to the Sharks from the Ducks on Wednesday in a swap for Justin Bailey, Eric Stephens of The Athletic reports.
Scouting Report
The undrafted Slovakian forward arrived in North America after a breakout season in the Tipos Extraliga and a bronze medal performance at the 2022 Winter Olympics. He has the size NHL teams want in a power forward, and he also has the hands needed to contribute offensively. His big test will be getting used to playing on the smaller ice surfaces.
