Delia signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Oilers on Monday.
Scouting Report
Is a solid goalkeeper at the American Hockey League level (where he also scored a goal), but has yet to show that kind of skill in the NHL. He has good size but has yet to demonstrate the consistency that NHL teams need in goal. As he moves toward his late 20s, he may start to run out of opportunities at the highest level.
Long Range Potential: Organizational depth goaltender.
