A big, tough defenseman who can also play forward, his willingness to stand up for his teammates has earned him a shot at the NHL after several years piling up penalty minutes in the ECHL and American Hockey League. Can provide size and strength in the corners and win some puck battles, but is not likely to contribute anything substantial offensively.
