Bjugstad (upper body) was shifted to injured reserve Tuesday, according to Matthew DeFranks of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

Bjugstad (upper body) will be out of action for the next five days, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports Wednesday, which means he will be out for the Blues' next three games.

Scouting Report

The No. 19 pick in the 2010 draft (and nephew of former NHL forward Scott Bjugstad) has seen his offense almost disappear as his career has progressed--in large part because of injuries. As a 6'6" forward, he has the size to dominate when he is on the ice, though he almost never does. He combines skill and size with goal-scoring instincts, but lacks consistency.
