Hildeby stopped 14 of 18 shots in Wednesday's 5-1 loss to the Blue Jackets. The fifth goal he allowed was an empty-netter midway through the third period.
Scouting Report
A huge goaltender who covers a ton of net all on his own, he is also fairly athletic for his size. Needs to become a more consistent puck stopper in order to maximize his appearances at the highest level. He has what it takes for success in the modern National Hockey League.
Long Range Potential: Massive goaltender with upside.
