Volson has been ruled out for Monday's preseason game against the Commanders due to a shoulder injury, Ben Baby of ESPN.com reports.

The versatile offensive lineman has the size and thickness to play inside as a pro, after finishing his college career as a tackle. He has the strength to compete against power players on the defensive line, as well as the athleticism to get into the second level. He has work to do on his hand positioning, has a few holes when it comes to his pass protection and needs more coaching after moving up from the FCS level.
