Elam signed with the Titans on Wednesday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Scouting Report
The aggressive cornerback has good height for the position but moves quickly and with good agility. He closes to the ball well and can snatch balls away from receivers. He has to become more consistent; his technique is sometimes questionable and he can get careless with his fundamentals. His support against the run also has to get better at the NFL level than it was in college football.
Long Range Potential: Toolsy cornerback.
