Scouting Report
A wide receiver who is mainly used in the slot, he is also a dynamic punt returner. Has the quick feet needed to evade press coverage and get open underneath, but will have to show he can do that with consistency at the NFL level. His route-running skills need improvement, and his small frame could make him a difficult target for quarterbacks.
