Bowser was signed off the Seahawks' practice squad by the Dolphins' on Thursday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Scouting Report
Boasts great speed off the snap and in the open field. An elite leaper too (which helps him disrupt pass lanes). Possesses enough strength to get the job done, and has a big enough frame to excel in the NFL at his position. Can be a more productive and powerful tackler, and also isn't a major source of sacks for a pass rusher. Additionally lacks the ideal muscle mass and bulk for an NFL outside linebacker.
Long Range Potential: Solid pass rusher.
