A quick and skilled playmaker who could start at either guard position. Gritty and clutch, with some leadership ability. Shot well from the perimeter, hit his free throws, and didn't give the ball away much. A high-character player who overcome a lot of adversity. Neither a classic pass-first point guard nor a true shooting guard. Wasn't a big steals guy, and despite solid size he didn't give much effort as a rebounder. Was somewhat injury-prone.

Long Range Potential: Solid rotational combo guard.
