Scouting Report
Has good pedigree as the son of former MLB reliever Fernando Hernandez. His delivery is smooth and he also boasts a great arm. Can throws plenty of strikes, but is also a strikeout artist. It seems as though his walks total rises as his strikeouts go up, so he needs to put it all together in order to maximize output in Major League Baseball. Must add more bulk to his skinny frame.
Long Range Potential: Talented right-hander with upside.
