Scouting Report
Can be used as either a starter or reliever in the minor leagues, which adds value. When he is on top of his game, he can strike out a myriad of batters. Displays a strong lower base. Does not have ideal size for a pitcher in Major League Baseball. Also, he can be hurt by too many free passes (even in the minors). Overall, he needs to find a higher level of consistency.
Long Range Potential: Inconsistent, versatile right-hander.
