Scouting Report
Is a bit of an overachiever who produces good results in the minor leagues, despite a lack of size and overpowering stuff. Displays good control and command of his arsenal. At 5'10", 185 pounds, he faces an uphill battle to become a regular in the starting rotation at the big-league level. Also, he can be a bit too hittable at times (even in the minor leagues).
Long Range Potential: Diminutive, combative right-hander.
