The Rockies placed Hudson on the 15-day injured list Sunday due to right elbow inflammation.
Scouting Report
Has the four-pitch repertoire (fastball, slider, curve and changeup) to become a quality starter in MLB, but his fastball-slider approach works well out of the bullpen too. Owns a great arm, overall. In order to thrive as a starter in the big leagues, he will need to vastly improve his fastball command (which is spotty, at best). To dominate as a reliever, he must become a better strikeout artist.
Long Range Potential: Versatile right-hander.
