Scouting Report
Is capable of both starting and relieving at the minor-league level, which adds plenty of versatility to his overall resume. Usually gets by on pinpoint control and guile. Is not a dominant pitcher by any stretch of the imagination, even at lower levels. Can be too hittable at times. Could stand to add a bit more bulk for the big leagues. Is more of a reliever in MLB.
Long Range Potential: Depth right-hander.
