Anderson is starting in center field and batting seventh in Wednesday's Cactus League game versus the Dodgers, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.
Angels manager Ron Washington said Monday that Anderson will see some action in the outfield later this spring, Chelsea Janes of The Washington Post reports.
A tremendous athlete, he can turn on a fastball with aplomb at the dish. Owns great speed and base-stealing acumen. Also boasts a strong arm for the shortstop position. Has decent pop in his bat. Must cut down on the number of errors he commits, both mentally and physically, in order to maximize his defensive output in MLB. Also needs to cut down on strikeouts and take more walks.
