The White Sox agreed to terms on a contract with Perez on Wednesday, Robert Murray of FanSided.com reports.
Scouting Report
A gutsy left-hander with a great arm and delivery, he challenges hitters effectively and can break a lot of bats along the way. When on his game, he throws plenty of strikes and throws a wide variety of pitches. Does not have ideal size (6-0, 200 pounds) for a pitcher, so he must prove capable of pitching deep in games. Injuries are also a concern here. Was not as dominant in the minor leagues as was expected.
Long Range Potential: Solid left-hander, when healthy.
