Has big-time power to all fields, thanks largely to an impressive frame, some plate discipline and a decent eye at the plate. Is also an adept fielder at first base. Can also play at the hot corner. Injuries can be, and have been, an issue with him. Strikes out too much, so he could stand to shorten up his swing a little bit, especially in critical situations and when he is behind in the count.
Long Range Potential: Excellent corner infielder and run producer.
