Scouting Report
Threw tons and tons of strikes. Had a wealth of experience and savvy. Was used to pressure situations and was a great candidate to be used as a late-inning reliever. Did not have ideal bulk for a pitcher, so he could break down physically. Was also sometimes around the strike zone a bit too much--he did not waste enough pitches. Had an extremely lengthy career, both in Japan and in MLB.
Long Range Potential: Quality reliever.
