Scouting Report

Is an excellent hitter for average with emerging power. Is a prolific run producer and a quality glove man at first base, too. Consistency is the name of his game (at all levels). Does not have the big home-run ability usually associated with the first-base position in Major League Baseball, though it is improving. Must prove he can hit tough left-handed pitching in the bigs.

Long Range Potential: Decent left-handed hitter.
