Scouting Report
Had the look of a classic first baseman: big and strong with a power bat that produced lots of home runs and RBI. He also caught left-handed and was solid around the bag. Could draw a lot of walks. Could go on some big strikeout binges and lacked overall consistency at the dish. Also struggled to hit left-handed pitchers regularly. Had very little speed on the bases. Was prone to minor injuries.
Long Range Potential: Power-hitting first baseman.
