Scouting Report
His herky-jerky delivery made his stuff harder to read. His fastball could reach the mid-90s and he could throw it with good movement. His slider was especially tough on left-handed batters. He was also a very good athlete and a relatively good hitter for a pitcher. Most of his issues were either mechanical or between the ears. Had mood swings. His changeup was never a big weapon. Could not dominate right-handed hitters as well as lefties. After a very quick rise to stardom, he fell just as quickly and was never able to get it back.
Long Range Potential: Inconsistent but very talented and versatile left-hander.
