Scouting Report
Possessed a blazing left-handed fastball, great slider and excellent control. Used a deceptive delivery. Stayed intense regardless of the situation and went right after hitters. Racked up strikeouts. The combination of wear & tear and his violent delivery led to ongoing injury problems. His intensity sometimes boiled over into the clubhouse, creating team tension. Lacked stamina for the rotation.
Long Range Potential: Excellent closer, when healthy.
