Was a star in junior hockey because of his skating and mobility, traits that have carried over into the NHL. He is growing into the role of an all-purpose defenseman who can play 20-plus minutes every night at a high level, but needs to cut down on mistakes, add strength and maximize the benefits of his excellent hockey sense and vision on the ice.
