Scouting Report

Is an excellent contact hitter who sprays the ball all over the field. His smooth, compact swing from the left side helps him limit his number of strikeouts. Can play all over the field (both in the infield and outfield), which adds to his overall value to MLB teams. Does not have a great throwing arm, so his best position in the infield is second base. Lacks elite home-run power. Also, he is not a tremendous athlete or gifted runner.

Long Range Potential: Quality, versatile left-handed contact hitter.
