Scouting Report

Skates as well as any defenseman in the NHL. He can lead the rush and blow past opposing checkers. Runs the power play with aplomb and has the ability to control a game from the blueline. Is dangerous any time he has the puck on his stick. His defensive-zone play is improving but still a work in progress. He also has to get stronger in order to cope with bigger attackers and handle the huge amounts of ice time he gets.

Long Range Potential: Elite offensive defenseman.
