JAIRE ALEXANDER JOINS THE EAGLES
The Philadelphia Eagles acquired cornerback Jaire Alexander and a seventh-round draft pick in 2027 from the Baltimore Ravens for a sixth-round draft pick in 2026.
What does it give the Philadelphia Eagles
The Eagles continue to tinker with their roster and add veterans for the here and now. Alexander was once a tremendous shutdown corner with Green Bay, but he has struggled with injuries and inconsistency more recently. He should be a solid depth cornerback for Philadelphia.
What does it give the Baltimore Ravens
After a rough start, the Ravens are still trying to get back into playoff contention in the AFC. That said, Alexander proved to be a bad fit for their defense this year. So, they decided to move on from him in a deal that also included a pick swap–Baltimore added a late pick this year and dealt a late '27 pick.
