DECULUS DEALT TO THE CHARGERS

The Los Angeles Chargers acquired offensive tackle Austin Deculus from the Houston Texans for a conditional seventh-round draft pick in 2026.

What does it give the Los Angeles Chargers
With Rashawn Slater done for the season, Joe Alt will move from right to left tackle this season. Therefore, Deculus could provide some tackle depth to the Chargers this season.

What does it give the Houston Texans
The Texans seem to constantly be tinkering with their offensive line. They rarely seem satisfied, and offensive line is arguably one of the team's weaknesses. So will this deal help them?
