In Harold, the Eagles get a versatile pass rusher who has disappointed in his NFL career (so far). Still only 25, Harold is joining his fourth organization since 2017. It is now or never for Harold to become a solid NFL contributor.

The Bills brought Harold in as a free agent in the off-season but his chances of making the team out of training camp were never great. So, they moved him to Philadelphia for Bates, a rookie lineman who adds training camp depth.
