CAVALIERS, KINGS, BULLS THREE-TEAM TRADE

In a three-team trade, the Cleveland Cavaliers acquired guards Dennis Schroder and Keon Ellis from the Sacramento Kings, and forward Emanuel Miller from the Chicago Bulls; Sacramento acquired forward De'Andre Hunter from the Cavaliers; and Chicago acquired forward/center Dario Saric and a conditional second-round draft pick in 2029 from the Kings, and a second-round draft pick in 2027 from the Cavaliers.

What does it give the Cleveland Cavaliers
The Cavaliers already boast Darius Garland (currently injured) and Donovan Mitchell at guard, plus several other backups. Now they add both Schroder and Ellis to the mix, plus a depth forward in Miller. This deal makes Cleveland even deeper, but are they done dealing?

What does it give the Sacramento Kings
In Hunter, the Kings add a solid forward who has been both a starter and bench option at the NBA level. He can play either forward position, as well. Look for Hunter to come off the bench in Sacramento, especially after Keegan Murray returns from injury.

What does it give the Chicago Bulls
The Bulls were added to the mix in this trade to make the money work. The Kings dumped veteran Saric, who was not being used much this season, to Chicago–who were able to secure a couple of interesting future draft picks in this deal.

Fantasy impact
Schroder, Ellis, Miller and Saric are probably not going to improve their stock after this trade. Hunter could see more playing time in Sacramento, so he might be a little more useful in fantasy basketball.
