AJ GRIFFIN TO HOUSTON IN 3-WAY DEAL

In a three-team trade, the Houston Rockets acquired forward AJ Griffin from the Atlanta Hawks; Atlanta acquired a second-round draft pick in 2024 (No. 43 overall) from the Miami Heat; and Miami acquired a second-round draft pick in 2024 (No. 44 overall) from the Rockets, and cash considerations from the Hawks.

What does it give the Houston Rockets
The Rockets have a few options as a wing off the bench, but Griffin has a chance to carve out a role in 2024-25.

The Hawks move on from Griffin while adding a decent prospect in the second round in the form of Nikola Djurisic.
