The Trail Blazers signed Graham to a one-year deal Tuesday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
Brings the solid all-round game NBA teams look for in a point guard: he's a solid passer and distributor, he can hit the 3-pointer with regularity, and he helps out on defense with his share of steals and rebounds. Has big hands, helping with ball control and steals. He's not tall for an NBA point guard, and must add muscle mass for the pro game. He's also not a high-percentage finisher around the hoop, and too often needs to be on the perimeter to generate offense. Doesn't have ideal reach for rebounding, and he doesn't make up for it with leaping ability.
Long Range Potential: Very solid all-round point guard with rotational ability.
